Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AllSportsEdge (the "Platform"), including the EdgeAI Pro subscription service, operated by AllSportsEdge ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

AllSportsEdge is an AI-powered football intelligence platform. We provide statistical analysis, match intelligence reports, player intelligence, and AI-assisted analysis through our EdgeAI feature. The Platform is intended for informational, research, and analytical purposes only.

AllSportsEdge is not a betting operator, sportsbook, or gambling service. We do not accept wagers, facilitate gambling transactions, or guarantee any sporting outcome. Any analysis, prediction, or statistical insight provided by the Platform reflects data-driven probability assessments — not certainties — and must not be treated as financial or gambling advice.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• •Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• •Notify us immediately at support@allsportsedge.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• •Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. EdgeAI Pro Subscription

3.1 Billing

EdgeAI Pro is a monthly subscription billed at $19.99 USD per month. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Paddle's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment relationship.

3.2 Usage Limits

EdgeAI Pro includes up to 50 AI analyses per day(resetting at midnight UTC). Free accounts are limited to 5 analyses per day. These limits exist to ensure fair access and platform stability for all users. Limits are subject to change with 14 days' notice.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account's billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not pro-rate partial months.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase by email. Continued use of EdgeAI Pro after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Platform to operate or facilitate any unlicensed gambling service
• •Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform content or AI outputs without written permission
• •Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Platform
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access any underlying model or system
• •Share your account credentials or EdgeAI Pro access with third parties
• •Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• •Submit harmful, misleading, or abusive content through the EdgeAI chat interface

5. AI-Generated Content

EdgeAI outputs are generated by large language models using structured football data. While we apply quality controls and data validation, AI-generated analysis:

• •May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• •Reflects statistical probability, not guaranteed outcomes
• •Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision
• •Is subject to the limitations of available data at the time of generation

We continuously improve our models and data sources, but we make no warranty that EdgeAI outputs are complete, accurate, or error-free.

6. Responsible Use & Gambling Notice

Football statistics and AI analysis can inform recreational engagement with the sport, including fantasy leagues and following match markets. However:

• •Never gamble more than you can afford to lose
• •No statistical model can guarantee a sports outcome
• •If you are affected by problem gambling, please seek help from a licensed support service in your country

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the EdgeAI system, match intelligence reports, design, code, and branding — is owned by AllSportsEdge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit through EdgeAI (such as your questions and conversation history). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it to deliver the Service. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllSportsEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or use the Platform in a way that could harm us or other users. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@allsportsedge.com. Closing your account cancels any active subscription from the next billing date.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
