Privacy Policy

AllSportsEdge ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use AllSportsEdge (the "Platform"), how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. Please read this carefully alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Who We Are
AllSportsEdge is an AI-powered football intelligence platform operated from Jamaica.

2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account Data
When you register, we collect your email address and optional display name. This is used to create and manage your account, send service emails (password reset, subscription receipts), and identify you when you use the Platform.
2.2 EdgeAI Conversation Data
When you use EdgeAI, we store your conversation messages (questions you ask and AI responses) in our database. This allows us to provide conversation history and follow-up context within a session. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. You can request deletion of your conversation history at any time — see Section 7.
2.3 Usage Data
We record the number of EdgeAI requests you make per day to enforce fair-use limits. We also log general usage events (e.g. which pages you visit, which features you use) via PostHog — see Section 4 for details.
2.4 Payment Data
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only a subscription status, customer ID, and billing period dates from Paddle — the minimum needed to manage your Pro access. Paddle's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
2.5 Technical Data
We may receive standard technical data including IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URLs through our analytics and error-tracking services. This data is used to diagnose issues and improve the Platform.
3. How We Use Your Data

- •To provide the EdgeAI Pro subscription service and manage billing
- •To provide conversation context (remembering what fixture you were discussing)
- •To enforce fair-use limits and prevent abuse
- •To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, subscription receipts)
- •To diagnose errors and improve the Platform
- •To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform. Each processes limited data as described:
Supabase
Our database and authentication provider. Your account data, conversation history, and subscription status are stored in Supabase. Data is stored in Supabase-managed infrastructure. Supabase processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
Anthropic (Claude AI)
EdgeAI is powered by Anthropic's Claude models. When you send a message to EdgeAI, the message content and relevant match context are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Anthropic processes this data under its API usage policies. We do not send your email or account details to Anthropic — only message content and anonymous context data.
Paddle
Our payment processor and Merchant of Record for EdgeAI Pro subscriptions. Paddle collects and processes your billing information directly. We receive only subscription status signals and a Paddle customer ID. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
PostHog
We use PostHog for product analytics — understanding which features are used and how the Platform performs. PostHog events include page views, feature interactions, and EdgeAI usage counts. Events are associated with your internal user ID (not your email). You can opt out of analytics via your browser's Do Not Track setting.
Sentry
We use Sentry for error monitoring. If the Platform encounters an unexpected error, Sentry may capture technical details including stack traces and request metadata. Sentry does not receive your conversation content or payment data.
API-Football
We use API-Football to source live match data, team statistics, and player information displayed on the Platform. No personal data about you is transmitted to API-Football.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (session cookie managed by Supabase Auth). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
PostHog may set analytics cookies. You can prevent this by enabling Do Not Track in your browser or by blocking cookies from us.
6. Data Retention
- •Account data — retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account closure
- •Conversation history — retained for up to 12 months, or until you request deletion
- •Usage records — retained for up to 24 months for abuse prevention and service improvement
- •Payment records — retained as required by Paddle and applicable tax law
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
- •Access to the personal data we hold about you
- •Correction of inaccurate data
- •Deletion of your account and personal data
- •Deletion of your EdgeAI conversation history
- •Export of your data in a portable format
- •Objection to certain processing activities
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@allsportsedge.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last updated.
